Introduce some form of image cropper

Feature request

Our team requires some form of component to crop a pre-selected image. While cropping is possible using the si-photo-upload, we do not want users to be able to remove or replace the image contained in the cropper / uploader.

Therefore, we would kindly ask for either

• a flag on the photo uploader to disable changing the image
• a separate cropper component

Use case

When users are supposed to only crop but not change an existing image. E.g. a user must provide a cropped version of their own profile picture (loaded by the application) to pass it to another system in a format that does not match the format of the profile picture.

I'm not sure if this feature if this is overly specific. Of course we can implement this ourselves, reusing the styles of SiMPL for the ngx-image-cropper.

If I understand the requirements correct you simply want to use the image-cropper?
@kfenner Can we simply expose the si-image-cropper-style component? This way we simply provide the basic style and the application is able to build their own component.
