[refact] separate user-space nif names from alias names

Historically, Ghostwire conflates user-space (container engine-managed) names related to kernel-level resources (such as bridges) with kernel-level network interface aliases.

This technical depts needs to be resolved and user-space names kept separate on the model and API level.
