Deal with >8 authors in citations #44
Description
Many papers have more than eight authors, but the Citation/core template only allows you to list eight. @Daniel-Mietchen , @notconfusing and I talked about this, and for those cases, we'll invent some new parameter name to use in citation-wpoa, and then stuff that into some suitable variable (maybe Surname1) in Citation/core.
