What's the best command/method to use repomix to teach AI a new library/code and make it generate new code based in it?

• Let's say someone wrote some interesting NEW library, with its own functions and modules. But it is kind of expansive with lot of things to learn.
• I want AI to learn it (the library is new AI does not know it yet)
• How best to use repomix to FEED that into the AI? I am assuming xml is not a good way? I am totally new did not use repomix when writing these liens yet, but interested in hearing your experiences or advice?

I mean what is the best command to use, or if you have any additional advice?
