Timestamp suffix option

Provide option to add timestamp (yyyyMMdd-hhmmss) suffix to filename, e.g. MyApp-context-20250928-142345.xml

Thank you for the feature request!

Instead of adding a simple timestamp suffix option, I'm planning to implement JavaScript/TypeScript configuration file support for more flexibility.

Example:

// repomix.config.ts
import { defineConfig } from 'repomix';

export default defineConfig({
  output: {
    filePath: `MyApp-context-${new Date().toISOString().slice(0, 19).replace(/[:.]/g, '-')}.xml`,
  },
});

This will generate files like: MyApp-context-20250928-142345.xml
