Update: I should not test with 10.1.1. I am testing this again.
My test site is not missing the Test mode badge in the block checkout with the latest WooPayments 10.1.1
So I am not sure if we really need to fix this issue in the block checkout
But I do see the issue in the classic checkout, I think this is where we should fix.

Fix a CSS class that was too strict introduced here. Test mode badge was not appearing for other payment methods.
Testing instructions
npm run changelogto add a changelog file, choosepatchto leave it empty if the change is not significant. You can add multiple changelog files in one PR by running this command a few times.Post merge
