rockchip-edge: cleanup and rewrite patches

Description

• remove some stray .dtbo files which were probably added by accident
• rewrite the whole patchset using rewrite-kernel-patches
• mostly because I was bored which often ends up in me doing totally random things

TBH I have no clue if there is any value in doing this. I leave this to you @paolosabatino to decide.

• build for tinkerboard edge
