Adds BDF for the TP-Link Archer C6 v2 (US) / A6 v2 (US/TW) QCA9888 radio. This restores its 5GHz range, which is long overdue since the device's initial OpenWRT support since 2019.

Boardfile is obtained from stock firmware (2021-02-26), found at
'/lib/firmware/QCA9888/hw.2/boardData_2_0_QCA9888_5G_YA105_us.bin'.

ath10k-bdencoder -i output:

FileSize: 12180
FileCRC32: 8613ba74
FileMD5: 0c7b11705510f4833e589eed87f5b881
BoardNames[0]: 'bus=pci,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=24,variant=tp-link-archer-c6-v2-us'
BoardLength[0]: 12064
BoardCRC32[0]: 823b34ce
BoardMD5[0]: 883e63a30b9e734b8bda0757255bec62

I am also attempting to submit the boardfile upstream.
