Update default Mapbox Maps SDK version from 11.15.2 to 11.16.2 for both iOS and Android platforms in package.json. This brings bug fixes including: - Fix crash on 3D/satellite styles switching - Performance regression fixes The version is now centrally managed in package.json and read by both android/build.gradle and rnmapbox-maps.podspec.
