Fix: Disable some vectorization pragmas in code coverage build

Description

PRAGMA_VECTOR_ALWAYS, PRAGMA_OMP_SIMD and PRAGMA_OMP_SIMD_ARGS are disabled in code coverage build to fix build errors.
